Where we ship
We currently ship to addresses within India.

Shipping charges
Standard shipping is free on all orders.

Dispatch time
Orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days from the order date. Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on a Sunday or public holiday are processed from the next working day.

Delivery time
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days depending on your location. Metro cities are typically faster; remote areas may take longer.

Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also see your order status by signing in to your account.

Delays
Courier delays can happen during sales, festive seasons, bad weather or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, email us and we'll follow up with the courier.

Address and delivery attempts
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are complete and correct. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we'll contact you to arrange reshipping.

Damaged or wrong items
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll make it right.
